Community Collective is a specialized life coaching and management service focused on supporting young adults transitioning from special education programs into self directed independent living.
With over 16 years of experience in Special Education, my mission is to provide the tools necessary to make community integration seamless.
I take a holistic approach to help you achieve a fulfilling and balanced life. My coaching sessions are designed to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs, develop positive habits, and create a clear roadmap to achieve your goals. I specialize in career coaching, relationship coaching, and personal growth. With guidance and support, you will gain the clarity and confidence to live your best life.
My goal as a disability advocate is to bridge equity gaps for neurodiverse individuals and foster more inclusive language and practices in our beautiful Cape Cod community.
